Abstract :The concepts of digital Taylorism and digital sustainability play a crucial role in digital transformation processes, particularly in optimizing efficiency and maximizing resource utilization, as they exhibit a mutually reinforcing link. To achieve sustainability goals, organizations must effectively utilize digital technologies while also considering the environmental, social, and economic aspects of these initiatives. In this context, the aim of this study is to comprehensively define the concepts of digital Taylorism and digital sustainability, and to highlight their importance by investigating their current relevance in the business sector. This research uses bibliometric analysis to explore and evaluate scientific data. A total of 108 articles obtained from the Web of Science database, covering the years 2001 to 2024, were comprehensively examined, and the findings are presented in tables. The analysis reveals a significant increase in research activity in recent years, with the journals \\\"Sustainability,\\\" \\\"Big Data,\\\" and \\\"Business Ethics,\\\" predominantly based in Germany, being the most productive journals in this field. Numerous studies highlight the beneficial effects of digital transformation on environmental sustainability, including improvements in waste management and production processes. Keywords : Dijital Taylorizm, Dijital Sürdürülebilirlik, Bibliyometrik Analiz, Dijitalleşme
