Abstract :İnsanlık, günümüzde bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerinin hızlı gelişimi büyük bir değişim, değişimin ötesinde bir dönüşüm sürecindedir. Yeni toplum, bilgi etrafında örgütlenmiş durumdadır. Sanayi toplumunda ön planda olan “maddi ürünlerin üretimi” yerine, bilgi toplumunda bilgi teknolojileri kullanımı sonucunda “bilgi üretimi” önem kazanmaktadır Öğüt, 2003: 39 .
