Abstract :Birçok alanda olduğu gibi performans yönetimi alanında da ABD’de geliştirilen mevzuat ve sistemler ile planlama uygulamaları çeşitli yollarla birçok ülkeyi etkilemektedir. Bu nedenle ABD sisteminin özelliklerinin detaylı bir biçimde bilinmesi ve sistemde gerçekleştirilen değişiklikler ile yeniliklerin takip edilmesi önemlidir
