Abstract :SüleymanDemirel Üniversitesi TIP FAKÜLTESİ DERGİSİ: 2000 Eylül; 7insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(3); Yüksek bakır ile çinkonun böbrek ve kalp üzerine etkileri Sebahat Turgut, Meltem Ercan, Günfer Turgut, Mehmet Zencir, Osman Genç Özet Yüksek bakır ile çinkonun böbrek ve kalp üzerine etkileri Bu çalışmada, sıçanlarda yüksek çinko ile bakır alımının böbrek ve kalp üzerine etkileri araştırıldı. Yetmişyedi Wistar albino soyu sıçan gereç olarak kullanıldı. Bunların onikisi kontrol grubu olarak, geriye kalanlar ise deney grupları olarak ayrıldı, l. deneme grubuna insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(13 sıçan); ağızdan çinko insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(70 mg/kg);, II. deneme grubuna insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(13 sıçan); da ağızdan çinko insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(80 mg/kg);, III. deneme grubuna insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(13 sıçan); ağızdan bakır insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(10 mg/kg);, IV. deneme grubuna insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(13 sıçan); da ağızdan bakır insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(20 ıng/kg);, V. deneme grubuna insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(13 sıçan); ise ağızdan çinko insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(70 mg/kg); + bakır insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(10 mg/kg); dört hafta süreyle içme sularına katılarak verildi. Kontrol grubuna insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(12 sıçan); ise normal içine suyu verildi. Sonuç olarak çinko önce¬likle daha çok kalpte, doz arttıkça ise böbrekte de kalpte olduğu kadar birikime uğramaktadır. Bakır ise hem böbrekte hem de kalpte tek başına veya çinko ile birlikte verildiğinde birikmektedir. Seventy seven nutnbers Wistar Albino rats were used as material. Twelve numbers ofthese were sep-arated as control animals while the others were used as experimental groııps. in l. experimental group insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(13 rats); were supplemented witlı oral zinc insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(70 mg/kg);, II. experimental group insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(13 rats); were supplemented wiîh oral zinc insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(80 mg/kg);, III. experimental group insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(13 rats); were supplemented with oral copper insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(10 mg/kg);, IV. experimentat group insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(13 rats); were supplemented with oral copper insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(20 ıng/kg);, V. experimeııtal group insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(13 rats); were supplemented with oral zinc insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(70 mg/kg); + copper insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(10 mg/kg); in drinking water for four weeks. Control group insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(12 rats); were drunk otüy drinking water. in conclusion, it seems that zinc accuınulates especially in heart tissııe but with high doses it alsa accumulates in kidneys as muc/ı as heart tissue. On the other hand, copper did not show any dif-ference between heart and kidney tissues in ternıs of copper accuınulation giveıı together with ör without zinc. Key Words: Copper, zinc, kidney, heart
