Eksize edilen kitle histopatolojik ve immünohistokimyasal olarak incelendi ve pankreasın solid kistik papiller tümörü olarak tanımlandı. Olgu nadir görülmesi nedeniyle sunuldu. Anahtar kelimeler: solid ve kistik papiller tümör, pankreas Abstract Solid-cystic papillary tümör of the pancreas: A case report 28 year old woman presented with an intraabdominal mass was diagnosed as localized mass on the head of the pancreas. On histopathologic and immunohistochemical examinations, the excised specimen was deter-mined to be a solid cystic papillary tümör of the pancreas.
