Abstract :Lipomlar en sık görülen mezenşimal kaynaklı tümörlerdir. Ancak vulvada son derece nadirdirler. Vulvar lipomlar Bartholin bezi kisti, Nuck kanal kisti, liposarkom gibi patolojilerle karışabilmektedirler. Biz kliniğimizde kısa aralıklarla saptanan iki vulvar lipom vakasını sunduk. Bunlardan biri 1 yıl süresince Bartholin bezi kisti tanısıyla tedavi edilmişti. Vulvar lipom hastalarının tanısının doğru konulabilmesi ve liposarkomlardan ayrımlarının yapılabilmesi için, erken dönemde cerrahi ile eksizyonun yapılması önemlidir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Vulvar lipom, liposarkom, vulvar kitleler Abstract A Rare Vulvar Tumor: Lipoma Lipomas are the most common mesenchymal tumors. But they are seen extremely rare in vulva. Vulvar lipomas can be misdiagnosed as Bartholin`s gland cyst, Nuck canal cyst and liposarcoma. We submitted two vulvar lipoma cases that were seen in short intervals in our clinic. One of them has been treated as Bartholin`s gland cyst during one year. Excision with surgery in early stage is important for accurate diagnose of vulvar lipomas and distinguishing from liposarcomas.
