Abstract :Ülkemizde Doğu Karadeniz ve çevresinde daha sık görülen deli bal zehirlenmesi nadir bir zehirlenme türüdür. Zehirlenmede hipotansiyon ve bradikardi en sık görülen semptomlardır. Zehirlenmeden sorumlu olan grayanotoksin insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(andromedotoksin);, rhododendron türü yaban çiçeklerinden arıların elde ettiği balda yoğun olarak bulunan bir toksindir. Sunulan vakada deli bal alımı sonrası hayatı tehdit edici hipotansiyon ve bradikardi semptomlarının geliştiği 72 yaşında erkek olguyu son literatür bilgisiyle anlatmayı amaçladık.
