Abstract :Osmanlı Devlet ricali, XVIII. yüzyılın son ikinci yarısının sonlarından itibaren yaptıkları yoğun çalışmalarla Tanzimat döneminde gerçekleştirecekleri idari, hukuki ve sosyo-ekonomik reformların altyapısını oluşturdular. Söz konusu çalışmaların somut bir göstergesi olarak Temettüat tahrir çalışması yapılarak döneminde düzenlenen H.1260 yılına ait Boyabat köylerine ait temettüat defterinde yer verilen toplam 235507kuruş temettüat geliri ve bunun üzerinden 63439 kuruş vergi tahakkuk ettirilmiştir
