Abstract :Galen ven anevrizması oldukça nadir görülen bir arteriovenöz malformasyondur. Yenidoğan döneminde en sık görülen klinik bulgu, yüksek morbidite ve mortalite ile sonuçlanan, yüksek debili konjestif kalp yetmezliğidir. Bu olgu sunumunda ekokardiyografide aortik arkta güçlü retrograd akım olması ile prezente olan bir Galen ven anevrizması olgusu sunulmuştur.
