Abstract :Yenidoğanda mide perforasyonu sıklıkla prematüre bebeklerde gözlenen, nadir ve yaşamı tehdit eden bir sorundur. Burada mide perforasyonu saptanan prematüre bir bebek sunulmuş ve yenidoğanda mide perforasyonlarının klinik özellikleri, tanı ve tedavi yöntemleri tartışılmıştır.
