Abstract :Adrenokortikal tümörler insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(AKT); pediatrik yaş grubunda nadirdir. Çok sıklıkla görülmedikleri için patogenezleri, prognozları, ve tedavi yöntemleri hala net değildir. Adrenokortikal tümörlü çocuklar sıklıkla cushingoid semptomlar ve virilizasyon gibi endokrin bozukluk belirti ve bulguları gösterirler. Burada, bir aydır cushingoid semptomları olan ve adrenokortikal tümör saptanan ikiaylık bir kız çocuğu sunulmaktadır.
