Abstract :Giriş: Crimean-Congo Haemorrhagic Fever (CCHF) is a disease caused by an RNA virus of the Bunyaviridae family, which has affected many people since 1944 and has a high mortality rate. The aim of this study was to evaluate 34 years of research on CCHF, an endemic and widespread disease in Turkey, in the national literature using VOSviewer visualisation methodology and to present a comprehensive bibliographic review. Methods: In this bibliometric analysis, a total of 1850 studies searched with the keyword ‘Crimean-Congo haemorrhagic fever’ in the Web of Science (WoS) database between 1990 and 2025 were examined, and 1507 articles were included in the analysis by eliminating ineligible and non-article studies. Data such as titles of publications, author names, publication years, journal names, citation numbers were collected and countries, institutions, journals, keywords, co-authorship, co-citation, international collaborations and citation rates were evaluated. Results: In the analysis of 1507 articles in the WoS database, a total of 36,693 citations were identified. The average number of citations per article is 24 and the H index is 86. Since 2000, a significant increase has been observed in both the number of publications and citations. Türkiye, USA and Iran were the countries that produced the highest number of publications on CCHF. Conclusion: The findings reveal that studies on CCHF are increasing on a global scale, and Turkey\\\'s contribution in this field is remarkable. This study provides a holistic view of the current state of CCHF research and aims to provide guidance for future research.
