Abstract :In this study, it is aimed to determine the effect of servant leadership on prosocial motivation through normative commitment. For this purpose, field research was conducted on health sector employees. During the field research, data were collected by using convenience and snowball sampling methods within quantitative research designs. The data set of 337 participants was analyzed by statistical methods. As a result of the analyses, it was found that normative commitment has a full mediating role in the effect of servant leadership on prosocial motivation. This result shows that as servant leadership increases among service sector employees, both normative commitment and prosocial motivation also increase. These results make significant contributions to understanding the relationship between leadership styles and motivational processes of service sector employees. In addition, inferences are made that will strengthen the servant leadership approaches of managers and organizations and indirectly encourage employees to prosocial motivation. Keywords : Hizmetkar liderlik, Prososyal motivasyon, Normatif bağlılık, Örgütsel davranış.
