Abstract :Eastern Anatolia is different from the other parts of Turkey because of it's climate. There are some places which show different characteristics in Eastern Anatolia where the climate is continental. One of them is Erzincan Plain. Being surrounded by high mountains influence largely to it's climate. In this article it has been tried to describe the characteristics of Erzincan Plain using the averages of meteorological observations.
