Abstract :Bu çalışmada sıçan akciğer ve böbreği mikrozomal fraksiyonlarında sitokrom P450'ye bağımlı enzim sistemi üyelerinden 7-etoksiresorufın-O-etilaz (EROD), 7-pentoksiresorufın-O-etilaz (PROD), eritromisin-N-demetilaz (ERND), kumarin 7-hidroksilaz (Coh) ve p-nitrofenol hidroksilaz(PNP) enzim aktiviteleri için optimum pH, protein miktarı, substrat konsantrasyonu ve inkübasyon süresi saptandı. Sıçan akciğer ve böbrek mikrozomlarında bu enzim aktiviteleri için farklı reaksiyon koşullarına gereksinim olduğu saptandı.
