Abstract :This study investigates the challenges users face in Virtual Reality (VR) training and presents a structured methodology for effective adaptation. The research develops a VR training simulation using the Unity game engine and the XR Interaction Toolkit. The training includes fundamental and advanced VR skills, evaluated through systematic user testing and feedback analysis.
