Abstract :Bu çalışmada önce Norveç hakkında genel bilgiler verildikten soma Norveç’in eğitim sistemi genel hatları ile kabaca tanıtılmıştır. Daha sonra Norveç’teki halk eğitimi çalışmaları tarihsel gelişim, yasal düzenlemeler, örgütlenme yapısı ve yönetim, programlar ve içerik ve kaynaklar açısından incelenmiştir.
