Abstract :We report a rare case of out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) due to ventricular fibrillation (VF) in a 49-year-old woman with a small coronary artery fistula and no obstructive coronary artery disease. Following successful resuscitation and prompt initiation of targeted temperature management (TTM), the patient achieved complete neurological recovery. This case highlights the beneficial role of TTM in post-cardiac arrest care and emphasizes that even small, hemodynamically insignificant coronary fistulas can have arrhythmogenic potential. Keywords : Hedefe Yönelik Sıcaklık Yönetimi, Kardiyak Arrest, Koroner Arter Fistülü, Anjiografi
