Abstract :AİHM, Mayıs 2001'de Kıbrıs RuJ Türkiye aleyhinde yaptığı devlet b~şvurusunu karara bağladı. AİHM burada esasen kuzeyde yaşayan Rumların i Sözleşmenin ihlali iddiası ve yerlerinden edilmiş Rumların kuzeydeki evlerine ve mallarına dönüşlerine bakımından iki önemli saptamada bulundu
