Abstract :ABSTRACT In this study, 92 aquatic and semiaquatic Heteroptera samples were collected from the Afyon province, between 2000 and 2002. Consequent1y 15 species belonging to 10 genera of 7 families were determined and evaluated faunistically. Among them; 10 species are new for the aquatic and semiaquatic Heteroptera fauna of Afyon. This study includes distributional records of 15 species in Afyon. Key words: Afyon province, aquatic and semiaquatic Heteroptera, fauna.
