Abstract :In order to ensure the humidity- and heat-resistance ability of the equipment, this paper, combined with the environment simulation test of an engineering equipment system, designs the control system of humidity-heat simulation test with S7-300 as the control core. This paper analyzes the temperature and humidity model in laboratory, and applies the principle of the expert control to the system control algorithm to improve the control performance of the system, which shows the characteristics of lagging, nonlinearity, interactive coupling of temperature control and humidity control, etc.
