Abstract :The research has also been carried out in order to research the expectations of individuals and health professionals separately in relation to the service to be provided by city hospitals, examine the differences of knowledge, thought and opinion between these two groups, and analyze in a detailed manner the attitudes of individuals before the city hospital of Ankara province starts to provide services. T he research which is conducted by the researchers using the questionnaires developed by obtaining the expert opinion, it was determined that health professionals have more negative opinions compared to citizens regarding city hospitals, in particular the physicians think that the negative effects of the practice of city hospitals are more compared to other health professionals, and health professionals with high level of education agreed with the negative opinions on the practice of city hospitals.
