Abstract :The purpose of this research is to develop structural equation model category managers on communication skills and cultural intelligence agencies had Isfahan Sports. Hence study was of structural equation modeling. The statistical population of this research formed the provincial sports administrators that according formal statistical was 550 people. Research sample size the sample of 207subjects was randomly selected. Cochran`s sample size formula was used to determine. For analysis descriptive and inferential statistics SPSS and LISREL was used.
