Abstract :Health data are considered within the scope of special quality personal data. The protection of the privacy of health data is subject to laws and its negligence to criminal sanctions. In the Covid 19 pandemic process, the first goal is to stop the spread of infection, and due to the seriousness and urgency of the cases, there are some violations of the right to privacy in emergency services. In the coming years, experts agree that new pandemic processes may be experienced with unpredictable violence, interdisciplinary studies will support health problems to be experienced in pandemic processes, and ethical problems that may be experienced will be prevented.
