Abstract :Konjenital diyafragma hernisi, diyafragmada defektler sonucu gelişen kalıtsal anomalilerdir. Diyafragmadaki konjenital defektten dolayı abdominal yapılar torakal kaviteye herniyason yapar. Akciğer grafisinde bağırsak anslarının toraksta görülmesi büyük oranda tanı koydurur. Diyafragma hernileri özefageal hiatustan insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(hiatal);, paraözefageal, retrosternal insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Morgagni); veya posterolateral insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Bochdalek); bölgelerden gelişebilir. Bu olgu sunumunda Down sendromlu yenidoğan bir bebeğin sağ Bochdalek hernisi tanı süreci, cerrahi işlemi ve literatür karşılaştırması anlatılmıştır.
