Abstract :Antrokoanal polip insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(AKP); benign, unilateral, nadiren bilateral, maksiller sinüs insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(MS); kaynaklı nazal kitlelerdir. Klinik olarak en sık tek taraflı burun tıkanıklığı, obstriktif uyku apnesi insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(OUA); , horlama, geniz akıntısı, burun akıntısı gibi semptomlarla ortaya çıkar. Bu çalışmada obstrüktif uyku apnesi bulunan çocuk hasta sunulmuştur.
