Abstract :Melkersson Rosenthal Sendromu insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(MRS); nadir görülen etyolojisi bilinmeyen bir sendromdur. Rekürren fasiyal paralizi, orofasiyal ödem ve fissürlü dilden insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(lingua plicata); oluşan klasik triad ile tanımlanır. Bu triad MRS vakalarında her zaman birlikte bulunmayabilir. Makalemizde biri klasik triada sahip, diğeri daha önce iki kez fasiyal paralizi geçiren fakat kliniğimize başvurduğunda orofasiyal ödem ve fissürlü dil bulguları olan oligosemptomatik iki olgu sunulmuştur.
