Abstract :Moyamoya hastalığı intarakraniyal internal karotis arterlerin idiapotik steno-oklüzyonu ve anormal vasküler ağlar ile karakterizedir. Bu vaka sunumunda acil servise nöbet geçirme şikayeti ile başvuran otuz dört yaşındaki erkek hastaya, anamnez, muayene bilgisayarlı beyin tomografisi insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(BBT); ve dijital substraksiyon anjiyografi insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(DSA); ile Moyamoya hastalığı tanısı konuldu. Bu vaka ilk olarak nöbet ile başvurması ve nadir görülmesi nedeniyle sunuldu.
