Abstract :Öz Bu makalede Birinci Haçlı seferi ordularının ilk hedeflerinden olan Antakya’yı ihanetle Haçlılara teslim eden Fîrûz’un hayatı ve faaliyetleri incelenmiştir. Haçlılar, Antakya önlerinde sıkıntılı anlar yaşarlarken Haçlı liderlerinden Bohemond, İki Kız Kardeş Kulesi’nin muhafızı Ermeni dönmesi Fîrûz ile iletişim kurmuş ve onu şehri teslim etmeye ikna etmiştir. Fîrûz, Musul Valisi Kürboğa’nın kalabalık bir orduyla Antakya’ya yardım için yola çıktığı çok kritik bir zamanda Haçlıları şehre almış ve başarılı sayılan tek Haçlı seferine en büyük katkıyı yapmıştır. Abstract In this article, the life and activities of Pyrrhus, who surrendered with betrayal Antioch, which is one of the first targets of the First Crusade armies, to the Crusaders, have been examined. While the Crusaders were experiencing a hard time in Antioch, Bohemond, one of the Crusader\`s leaders, made contact with the Armenian convert Pyrrhus, guardian of the Tower of the Two Sisters, and persuaded him to surrender the city. Pyrrhus accepted the Crusaders to the city in an extremely critical time when Kürboğa, the governor of Mosul, departed for Antioch with a crowded army for help, and made the greatest contribution to the single Crusade regarded as successful.
