Abstract :Ö Z E T Etkili okul ve sınıf iklimi araştırma bulguları, sınıf ikliminin öğrencilerin eğitimsel başarılarını doğrudan etkileyen önemli bir etken olduğunu göstermektedir. Bu nedenle, önce “Sınıf” ve ”İklim” kavramları açıklanmış daha sonra olumlu ve olumsuz sınıf iklimlerinin nitelikleri vurgulanarak, bu iklim türlerinin öğrencilerin eğitimsel başarılarını olumlu veya olumsuz yönde nasıl etkilediği açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonunda ise konu ile ilgili görüş ve önerilere yer verilmiştir. The findings of researches of effective school and classroom climate show that classroom climate is an important agent which effects the educational successes of students directly. Therefore at first the terms of “Class” and “ Climate” were explained. Then it was tried to emphasize how those classroom climates effect the educational successes of students positively or negatively by explaining the quality of positive and negative classroom climate.
