Abstract :Ö Z E T Onyedinci yüzyılın önde gelen filozoflarından Alman Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz’in hukuk ve politika ana ilgilerindendir. Ona göre devlet, üyelerinin gelişmesine engel olacak şeyleri bertaraf etmelidir ve fiziksel güvenliği sağlamalıdır. Aynı zamanda devletin sağlaması gereken en önemli şey insanların mutluluğudur. Leibniz bir devlet içinde birden çok yönetim olabileceğini tartışmaktadır. Toplum için Aristokrasiyi geliştirici bir unsur olarak gören Leibniz, politik organizasyon noktasında aydınlanmış bir Monarşiyi - yani aklı ve gücü birleştiren – benimser. Anahtar Kelimeler: Tanrı, Monad, Önceden Kurulmuş Uyum, Monarşi, Aristokrasi AB S T R AC T One of the leading philosophers of the 17th century, Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz of Germany is mainly concerned with law and politics. According to him, the state must debug the obstacles that prevent the development of its members and provide the physical security. In addition, the most important thing that the state should provide is the happiness of the people. Leibniz discusses that there can be more than one administrations in a state. Seening Aristocracy as a developing element for the society, Leibniz embraces an enlightened Monarch - that unites reason and power - at the point of political organisation.
