Abstract :SUMMARY Computerised tomographic findings of gastric perforation and subdiaphragmatic abcess formation related to primary gastric lymphoma in a 78 year - old - man, vvith the complaints of acute abdomen is presented and relevant literatüre has been discussed. Özet Akut karın tablosu ile başvuran 78 yaşındaki bir erkek hastada tesbit edi¬len primer gastrik lenfoma zemininde gelişmiş mide perforasyonu ve sub¬diafragmatik abse olgusunda bilgisayarlı tomografi bulguları ve yöntemin tanı değeri ile ilgili literatür değerlendirmesi tartışılmıştır.
