Abstract :SUMMARY ` Niemann-Pick syndrome and Factor XIII deficiency in a case with sea blue hystiocytes ` All ten cases of Niemann - Pick Syndrome, ages ranging between 2 month to 12 years seen in our clinics within four years manifested occasional hepatomegaly and neurological symptoms, had the typical «foam cells» in bone narrow aspiration specimens. One of the two cases with «sea blue hystiocytes» had also factor XIII deficiency. Literature was reviewed regarding this topic. Özet ` Kliniğimizde 4 yıl içinde başvuran yaşları 2 ay ile 12 yaş arasında deği¬şen, hepatosplenomegali ve bazılarında nörolojik semptomlar olan 10 Nie¬mann Pick`li vakanın hepsinde kemik iliğinde karakteristik köpük hücre¬leri görüldü. Kemik iliklerinde Sea blue histiositler görülen 2 vakamızın birinde kanama diatezi olarak faktör XIII eksikliği tesbit edildi ve bu ko¬nudaki literatür gözden geçirildi.
