Abstract :SUMMARY The valve of two-dimensional echocardiography in the diagnosis of con¬genital valvular aortic stenosis In this study; clinical, echocardiographic and angiographic findings of 24 cases who had congenital valvüler aortic stenosis were reported. As a result, we found the ratio MACS/Ao-D in two-dimensional echocardio¬graphy were corrected with the catheter gradients of the cases in angio¬graphic examinations insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(r: 0.80 p < 0.001); and also clinical and echocar¬diographic findings were corrected with the catheter gradients insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(r: 0.91 p < 0.001);. Özet Bu çalışmada konjenital valvüler aort darlığı tesbit edilen 24 hastada iki boyutlu ekokardiyografi ile MAKA/Ao-Ç oranı tesbit edildi. MAKA/Ao-Ç oranı ile kateterde tesbit edilen sistolik basınç farkı arasında korelasyon bulundu insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(r: 0.80 p < 0.001);.
