Abstract :SUMMARY A Case of Reiter`s Syndrome developed on the base of Monoclonal Gammopathy In case, symptoms, physical and laboratory findings were very suggestive of Reiter`s syndrome is presented and it has been observed with polyarth¬ritis, disuria, mucocutenous lesions, elevated erythrocyte sedimentation rate insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(ESR); anemia, hyperglobuluinemia with monoclonal gammopathy and 5 per cent plasma-cells in bone marrow. özet Poliartiküler eklem belirtileri, disüri, ağızda ülserler, ayak tabanı ve el ayasında keratodermi, multipl cilt altı abse oluşumu, küçük püstüller içe¬ren purpurik cilt lezyonları yüksek sedimentasyon, normositer normokrom anemi, klinik ve laboratuvar bulguları ile saptanan bir reiter sendromunu takdim edilmiştir. Hiperglobulinemi ve IgG seviyesinde monoklonal yük¬selme gösteren bu hastada kemik iliğinde % 5 civarında saptanan plaz¬ma hücreleri ile tabanda bir monoklonal gammopati olgusu olabileceği dü¬şünülmüştür.
