Abstract :SUMMARY BACTERIOLOGIC INVESTIGATION IN CHRONIC TONSILLITIS In this study we investigated the cultures of surface and innerface of tonsils in 50 children patients who were operated as tonsillectomy. Under the light of literature the findings were compared and we found different bacteries as a causitive agent to chronic tonsillitis. ÖZET Çalışmamızda kronik tonsiliitli olup tonsiliektomi yapıları 50 çocukta tonsilin dış ve iç yüzey kültürleri alındı ve litera¬tür de gözden geçirilerek sonuçlar mukayese edildi. Kronik tonsiliitin sebebi olarak tonsil iç ve dış yüzeyinde farklı bakte¬riler bulundu.
