Abstract :SUMMARY HEEL PAD RECONSTRUCTION Coverage of the heel pad is a difficult reconstructive problem due to the inherent necessity of weight-bearing. A case of heel pad reconstruction using Tensor Fascia Lata cross leg fasciocutaneous flap is presented and relevant literature is reviewed.
