Homoseksüel Transseksüellerin Sewrumunda ELISA ile HbsAg’ın Gösterilmesi

Abstract :DETECTION OF HBsAG IN SERA OF HOMOSEXUALS AND TRANSSEXUALS BY ELISA. ✓ In this study, the sera of 27 cases in transsexuals and homosexuals have been searched HBsAg with Elise. HBsAg have been found 7 sera which consist of 3/15 homosexual and 4/12 transsexual cases. HBsAg seropositivity have been found positive approximately 25.92 % in homosexuals and transsexuals. To this data about HBsAg, transsexuals, and homosexuals and homosexuals have been found very important risk groups for hepatitis B. Whese cases were within 18-36 age group, 12 cases have been operated on vaginoplasty and they have not suffered from any important clinical symptoms and signs. Bu çalışmada, transseksüel-homoseksüel 27 olgunun serumunda, Elisa ile HBs Ag araştırılmıştır. Homoseksüel grupta 3/15 ve transseksüel grupta 4/12 olmak üzere HBs Ag 27 olgudan 7`sinde pozitif bulunmuştur. Homoseksüel transseksüellerde HBs Ag seropozitivitesi % 25.92 olarak saptanmıştır. Bu bulgumuz HBs Ag yönünde, transseksüel ve homoseksüellerin önemli bir risk grubu oluşturduğunu göstermektedir. Bu olguların 18,36 yaş grubuna dağıldığı, 12`sinin vajinoplasti operasyonu geçirdiği ve önemli bir semptom ve klinik bulgu pozitivitesi olmadığı anlaşılmıştır.
