Abstract :The obstetrical problems of adolescents who admitted to Samsun maternity hospital This decriptive study was performed to determine the incidences of normal prenancy, abortion, complications of pregnancy, medical complications of pregnancy and puerpe-ral abnormalities in 1983 adolescent women who were admitted to Samsun Maternity Hospital between 1989 and 1991. 81.6 % of the cases were at term. 7.4 % of all the pregnancies ended with abortion, complications of pregnancy, medical complications of pregnanciy and puerperal abnormalities were seen in 6.8 % 2.2 and 2.0 % of the cases, respectively. Samsun Doğum ve Çocuk Bakımevi Polikliniğinde 1989-91 yıllan arasında muayene edilen 1983 adolesan gebe olgu üzerinde normal gebelik, düşükler, gebelik komplika-syonlan gebelikte medikal komplikasyonlar ve puerperal anormallikler yönünden tanımlayıcı bir çalışma yapıldı. Olguların % 81.6`sı miadında gebelikti. Düşükle sonuçlanan gebelik oranı % 7.4 idi. Gebelik komplikasyonları, gebelikte görülen medi¬kal komplikasyonlar ve puerperal anormallikler sırasıyla % 6.8, % 2.2, % 2.0 oranında görüldü.
