Abstract :The Effects of Phenytoin on Penicillin Produced Acute Focal Spike Focus in Rab¬bits t/ This study aimed to demonstrate quantitative phenytoin effects on focal spike focus indu¬ced by introcortical insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(i.c); penicilin injections. Spike frequencies prior and after phenytoin injections showed a progressive reduction. This reduction was statistically significant after the third dose of phenytoin injection insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p 0.05);. First phenytoin injection did not affect the interval between two spikes significantly, but the interval was found delayed significantly after second insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p 0.05);. İlk fenitoin enjeksiyonu ilâ spike arası mesafeyi belirgin olarak etkilemedi ancak, 2. enjek-siyondan insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0.05); ve 3. enjeksiyondan insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0.01); sonraki iki spike arası mesafe anlamlı ola-rak uzadı. Sunulan çalışmada elde edilen sonuçlar literatür bilgileri gözünönü alınarak tartışıldı
