Gebe Sıçanlara Uygulanan Nonsteroidal Antiinflamatuvar İlaçların Böbrek Glomerulus Sayısına Etkilerinin Araştırılması

Abstract :The Effects Of Nonsteroidal Antiinflammatory Drugs On The Number Of Glomeruli Of Kidney In The Pregnant Rats ^ In this study, a total of 30 female Swiss albino rats were used. Offspring of diclofenac so-dium applied rats and those of control group were taken and their kidney slide prepara¬tions were made. The number of glomeruli in the kidney was counted in the both groups insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(experiment and control groups);. The number of glomeruli per mm2 were calculated and these values were compared. The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant. Bu çalışmada toplam 30 dişi albino sıçan kullanıldı. Gebelikleri esnasında diklofenak sod¬yum uygulanan sıçanların yavruları alınarak böbreklerinden histolojik preparat hazır¬landı. Kontrol ve denek gruplarındaki sıçanların böbrek glomerulusları sayıldı. Denek grubu sıçanlarla kontrol grubu sıçanların mm ye düşen glomerulus sayıları karşılaştırıl¬dığında aradaki farkın önemsiz olduğu gözlendi.
