Abstract :US and CT EVALUATION OF RENAL MULTICYSTIC TRANSFORMATION M PATIENTS UNDER HEMODIALYSIS t/ 31 patients on maintenance hemodialysis therapy are examined with renal ultrasonograp¬hy insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(US); and computed tomography insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(CT);. Patients having renal cysts prior to hemodialysis or polycystic renal disease are excluded from the study. Renal cysts are detected in 16 insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(54.8%);. patients by US and in 18 patients insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(58.1%); by CT. It is concluded that there is no significant difference between the two methods in evaluating the renal multicystic trans-formation. The incidence of renal multicystic transformation is parallel to duration of he-modialysis, but irrelevant to age. HEMODİYALİZ HASTALARINDA GELİŞEN RENAL MULTİKİSTİK TRANSFORMASYONUN US ve BT İLE DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ %/ Hemodiyaliz insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(HD); ünitesinde sürekli tedavi gören olgulardan 31`ine renal ultrasonografï insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(US); ve bilgisayarlı tomografi insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(BT); tetkikleri uygulandı. Diyalize başlamadan böbreklerinde kist saptananlar ile polikistik böbrek hastalan çalışmaya dahil edilmedi. Olgulardan 17`sinde insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(%54.8); US ile, 18`inde insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(%58.1); BT ile böbreklerde multikistik transformasyon saptandı. Renal multikistik transformasyonun değerlendirilmesinde, US ve BT yöntemleri arasında anlamlı bir farklılığın olmadığı görüldü. Renal multikistik transformasyon gelişmesi hasta yaşıyla ilişkisiz olup hemodiyaliz süresiyle anlamlı bir paralellik göster¬mektedir.
