Abstract :DYNAMIC CARDIOMYOPLASTY i/ On the patients with terminal cardiac insufficiency whose treatment are impossible by conventional therapy, treatment of choice is either cardiac transplantation or cardiomyop-lasty used treatment recently. Cardiomyoplasty is to use transformed skeletal muscle as a cardiac assist. With this aim usually musculus latissimus dorsi is used. Konvansiyonel tedavilerle düzelmesinden ümit kesilen son dönem kalp yetmezliği olan hastalarda tek çare kardiyak transplantasyon veya özellikle son yıllarda dilate kardiyo-myopatilerde uygulanan kardiyomyoplastidir. Kardiyomyoplasti, transforme edilen iskelet kasının myokarda yardımcı kas insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Cardiac assist); olarak kullanılmasıdır. Bu amaçla en çok musculus latissimus dorsi kullanılmaktadır.
