Abstract :Pilar tumors are benign, but they may be locally aggressive. These tumors may become quite large and often associated with pilar cysts. The case of a patient with multiple pilar cysts and tumurs of scalp is presented. Features, histologic description, and recommen¬ded treatment for these tumors are reviewed. Pilar tümörler benigndir, fakat lokal olarak agresif davranabilirler. Bu tümörler oldukça büyük boyutlara ulaşabilirler ve pilar kistlerle birlikte bulunurlar. Skalpte pilar tümör ve kistleri olan bir olgu sunulmuştur. Bu tümörlerin klinik özellikleri, histolojik tanımı ve te¬davisi gözden geçirilmiştir.
