Abstract :Thyroid disorders have a predilection for young women and they are encountered with some frequency during pregnancy. Pregnancy, however, usually does not cause impressi-ve thyromegaly, and thus any goiter or nodule recognized during pregnancy should be approached as if pathologic. Grave`s disease and hypothroidism can complicate pregnan-cy. Antenatal recognition and appropriate management of this disorders that especially affect the fetus insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(such as fetal hypothyroidism); is essential in order to prevent fetal and neonatal morbidity and mortality. Tiroid hastalıkları genç yaşta görülme eğilimi gösterirler ve belli sıklıktada gebelikte rast-lanırlar. Gebelik normalde çok belirgin tiroidomegali yapmadığı için gebelik sırasında görülen guatr ve nodüllere normal dışı olgu olarak yaklaşılmalıdır. Grave`s hastalığı ve hi-potiroidizm gebeliği komplike edebilir. Felüsü etkileyebilecek insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Fetal hipotiroidizm gibi); bu hastalıkların antenatal tanı ve tedavileri fetal ve neonatal morbidité ve mortaliteyi düşürecektir.
