Abstract :Ultrasonography in Pregnancy With the recent advances in technology, ultrasonography insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(USG); has become a part of gynecologic and obstetric examination. Other than diagnosis, USG is now also used for therapeutic purposes. Colour doppler imaging is another recent development in ultrasonography which is used in the follow-up of high risk pregnancies, diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and ovarian masses, and in order to determine the receptivity of the endometrium in assisted reproductive technologies. Obstetric ultrasonography is shortly reviewed in this paper. Son yıllardaki teknolojik gelişmeler ultrasonu, jinokolojik ve obstetrik muayenenin ayrılmaz bir parçası haline getirmiştir. Jinekoloji ve obstetrikte konvensiyonel ultrasonografinin yanı sıra girişimsel ultrasonografi insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(USG);`de çok geniş bir kullanım alanı bulmuştur. Ayrıca renkli doppler görüntülemenin kullanıma girmesi yüksek riskli ge¬beliklerin takibinde kolaylık sağladığı gibi; dış gebelik ve ovaryen kitlelerin tanısında veya asiste üreme tekniklerinde endometrium reseptivitesinin değerlendirilmesinde yardımcı olmaktadır.
