Abstract :Familial Alzheimer Disease: Two Siblings Alzheimer disease is the most common form of dementia. Familial Alzheimer disease insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(FAD); is inhereted as an autosomal dominant trait. FAD may account 10% of all cases. We report a family in which two brothers had Alzheimer disease. Alzheimer hastalığı insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(AH);, demansın en yaygın nedenidir. Otozomal dominant geçiş gösteren familial Alzheimer hastalığı insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(FAH);, AH olgularının ortalama %10`unu oluşturmaktadır. Bu yazıda, Alzheimer hastalığı tanısı alan iki kardeş olgu nedeniyle FAH tartışılmaktadır.
