Abstract :lMultiple Variative Formation in a Skull During the laboratory studies, multiple variative formation was encountered in a skull. It was determined that the anterior clinoid process joined with middle clinoid process and formed carottcoclinoid foramen bilaterally. In addition hypoglossal canal was divided thoroughly by a bone tissue in the occipital bone on the right side, and condylar canal wasn`t formed at the lateral part of the occipital bone on the left side. Laboratuar çalışmaları sırasında birden fazla varyatif oluşum içeren kafatası tespit edildi. Yapılan incelemelerde bu kafatasında os sphenoidale`de bilateral olarak processus clinoideus anterior ve medius`ların birleşerek foramen caroticoclinoideum oluşturdukları; os occipitale`de sağ tarafta canalis nervi hypoglossi`nin kemik dokusu tarafından tamamen ikiye bölündüğü; yine os occipitale`nin sol lateral parçasında canalis condylaris`in bulunmadığı tespit edildi.
