Abstract :Yaz›m›zda; antikolinerjik bulgularla acil servise baflvuran, hikaye ve fizik muayene ile datura stramonium zehirlenme tan›s› konan bir hasta sunulmaktad›r. Datura stramonium, Türkiye’nin hemen her yerinde do¤al florada yayg›n olarak bulunabilen bir bitkidir. Bitkinin oral olarak al›m› atropin, skopolamin ve hiyosiyamin içermesinden dolay› antikolinerjik etkilere neden olmaktad›r. Datura ile olan zehirlenme olgular›ndaki antikolinerjik etkilerin klasik belirti ve bulgular›n› bilmek, klinisyenin bu zehirlenme olgular›n› erken tan›y›p tedaviyi yönlendirmesi aç›s›ndan önemlidir.
