Abstract :In this research socio-economic situations and consumption structures of dairy products of households were investigated in urban area of Isparta. Monthly averages of dairy products consumed by families were calculated as 14.22 kg fresh milk, 2.38 kg pasteurised milk, 7.10 kg yoghurt, 3.30 kg white cheese, 0.63 kg kashar cheese, 0.64 kg tulum cheese insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(filled in a skin);, 1.08 kg butter and 0.78 kg çökelek insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(cheese made of curds);.
